Woman as a whole make the woman for me. Not on looks or personality seperately. Together makes the person you are with, so they are both as much a part as the other.
as far as your "outstanding man" there is no such thing as perfection. Unfortunately, the only way you will find what you are looking for is in a story book. Ones heart mealts for many reasons, and can freeze just as easily.
This is coming from a man. I am a good guy, but I have many faults just like anyone else. This is where compromise comes into play.

I think a woman that expresses her love and interest in you all the time. You can trust this woman also when she is out in a mixed crowd even if you aren't with her. A combination of looks and a positive attitude towards life on a day to day basis is great. If she makes the time to get a hold of you regularly to talk by phone or email it makes your day. I read that in a good relationship it requires an equal amount of physical and emotional intimatcy. Also guys are looking for girls that are emotionally strong. If you give into just a sexually relationshi[p, he will get bored after awhile and move on thinking you have a low opinion of yourself.

Its mostly attitude for me. Looks are a close second. Alot of times just spending time with someone makes me fall for them getting to know the person.

i like that she has a nice look, not flashy, and a nice attitude, not trying to Outstand all the time, but a calm and smart girl (that likes to read books)

looks can only get you so far............its all about attitude....if she has a great outlook on life, then she will be pleased by herself, and others around her as well...its all in how she treats herself and self respect........attitudei....if she has a crappy outlook on life, it matters not how good looking she is, for she is ugly inside and would sell herself short on anything she did
