LOL!!
I wouldn't bother having her checked for allergies, what's the point? No offense, but would you put her on meds her whole life? It's not as though it's hurting her or anything that she sneezes when she poops.
If you can develop some other tricks for her, maybe you can do a little show!

my dog is allergic to grass and weeds and just about everything outside. Your dog could have allergies and it just happens the sneeze while it poops just because its outside. Does it sneeze all the time when its outside or just during the pooping process. You want to check him/her for allergies.
