A diuretic, such as caffiene, will make you want to urinate more. You will weigh less, but that's because you're dehydrating your body by passing out more water. One can't urinate out fat and one won't get any slimmer that way.

Passing more faeces also won't really help. Your intestines are very efficient and you would need major diarrhoea before the ability to absorb calories (carbohydrates, fats and protein) was impaired. Furthermore, fat only traffics in one direction, so it is not actively excreted. Again, dehydration is more likely to result and cause weight loss, but only through a loss of water, not through a loss of fat.

Going to the bathroom will not cause fat reduction. Only loss of weight and body water by dehydration. When you drink water/liquid, the dehydration will be corrected but then the weight will have returned.

Their are certain foods that aid in flushing the wastes and impurities out of your body.These foods usually make you run to the bathroom and they are foods that contain antioxidants. You can do like a 5 day flush eating foods that make you go to the bathroom but the only way your going to lose weight is if you all together watch what your eating. You can use the bathroom turn around and eat a candy bar or something and it will defeat the whole purpose of you trying to lose weight. You can lose weight by eating and drinking certain foods but their are things you have to do as well to help maintain the weight loss. answer to your question YES U CAN but its not as easy as you think it is!!!!

Eating or drinking foods that make you go to the bathroom more is not a good way to lose weight, because probably you lose weight, but you are extermine your life.

In the most of the cases, people that get a younger cancer, is because of the food he or she had been taken all over the years. Some people ask theirselves that why me, but they do not see how many greasy or not healthy food had been eating all over the years.

You can see that the people of the 60 and 70s, they live more, they died with 80+ and thats because on that moment, there was not so many junk food that are now at any corner of the streets, they usually eat food made in their houses, because of the lack of restaurants on those times, for example that happen on my country Panama. Right now there is a big table of death of cancer and heart and most of the cases go to the stomach, colon and so on. and thats why it happens, and if you have an history of cancer, that means your mother or grandma, you have to take more care of yourselve.

A good way to lose weight is to be sattisfy every time you eat, that means do not feel full when you eat, just sattisfy and also healthy food with a lot of fiber and if you have problems to go to the bathroom, i recommend you a psyllium each night. Is a product that is full of fiber. You take it in a juice and next day, you go relax to the bathroom.

That kind of foods make you stomach sick and make you go to the bathroom more to get rid of them. Basically, your body gets no nutrient from that food, and thus make you lose weight.

For example: some adults could not drink milk or eat cheese.

Do not use this method to lose weight, it is dangerous your your body.

There is food that can help you lose weight, depending on what type of diet you're on.
Low carb diet, Weight watchers which count calorie intake etc..

There is NO Food or Drink that I've heard of that causes people to go to the bathroom and lose weight.

Yes, but it could be dangerous. Off season, football players gain a lot of weight, then when it's to start training camp, a lot of players take laxatives, and drink fluids. It's a way to loose some weight combined with proper diets, exercise, and sleep.

I AM SO SORRY ABOUT your cat,, if he has only had 1 b.m. in a month that tells you something that there is something bad wrong with him ..Really i am very surprised that you have not taken to the vet to get checked. ALL of his symthoms says he needs a vet TODAY... call the HUMANE SOCIETY IN YOUR AREA AND TELL THEM everything that you are telling us and ask if they can help him ask them if they can give you assistants in the cost.. they have a paper to fill out for have off if you are of low income...... HE SOUNDS LIKE HE MAY HAVE AN INTESTINAL BLOCKAGE. OR HAIRBALL BLOCKING AND NOT ABLE TO HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT. ....PEE OR EAT ANYTHING....THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS SITUATION AND NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION TODAY...... THE LOST OF WEIGHT IS VERY BAD........ Not really, because you'll be losing fluids, not fat. It may be encouraging on the scale, but if it's all fluid loss you won't look any thinner and you'll gain it back when you eat or drink again, so you'll technically just stay the same.
