I've driven several times between NY and Chicago and Philadelphia and Chicago, and used a NY EZPass at tolls without a problem.

Definetely. EZ Pass stops are all around Ohio.

usually those programs are state specific, meaning you can only use them in the state you purchased them. call the 800 number thats on the pass and you'll be able to ask that question.

the only tolls out there are near chicago. they accept the i-pass.
