There are different types, so I just put Jerky. The most common is probably beef Jerky.

I have a dehydrator, and beef jerky is my favorite to make. Apples, peaches and lemons are great too. I just know no that I don't do them all at once, only one at a time. It makes them all taste the same. I make my neighbor chicken jerky all the time for her overweight dog, for treats. Dehydrators are kind of expensive, but trust me it's worth it. Spray a little Pam on the racks before using for easy clean-up. Oh I live in the South.

I love beef jerky, turkey jerky, venison jerky, etc. My favourite, if it is not homemade, is anything from Jack Link's. Living in America, which is not where I want to be.

One of the guys I work with is a big hunter here in New Mexico and he gave some elk jerky it was fantastic.
