- Hard boiled eggs boiled from the night before - just eat the whites with some pepper (don't add salt...americans eat too much sodium anyway)

- Cottage cheese in a container with fruit or fruit yogurt

- Plain yogurt with fruit and granola

- Banana or apple (you can also keep pre cut fruit from the night before)

- Plain oatmeal in a container (add your own fruit and brown sugar)

Eating some protein in the morning helps hold you over better til your healthy lunch

They now make these things called "muffin bars". I belive they are made by quaker (although I'm not sure about that one), and they come in many different flavors. They are exactly what they sound like, bars of muffin. From the pacaging, they look similar to a granola bar, and they are sort of puffy. Grab a box of them at the store, and they are quick, and somewhat healthy.

Or, if you have access to a freezer and toaster at or before work, then pick up some frozen waffles, along with some fruit. (berries are nice). Pop one in the toaster each morning before you go to work, and top it off with some fruit.

When I brought my own breakfast, I would make 2 egg white/1 whole egg omelets with mushrooms, and also eat a cup of Special K cereal with skim milk.

When I get breakfast here from work, I get 2 eggs over medium and a piece of wheat toast.

I heard this one recipe for a wrap...it goes like this...you take a whole wheat wrap and spread peanut butter on it and then you wrap a banana in it. I don't know if you like peanut butter and bananas but if you do this is a very healthful recipe. I also heard that this is good frozen...but I don't know.
