I got a lawyer appointed to me and im court the judge said "no lawyers fees" now they are trying to add lawyers fees to my other fees. Isnt there someone in the courtroom that types everything that is said? how can i fight this?

Yes every thing the judge, lawyer etc... says in a court room during a trial is recorded. You will have to get a transcript of the procedings. If the judge said no lawyers fee then you should not pay. Good luck!!!!

be attentive to somebody who went by that.. base line, attorneys do not something, there's a shrink and dry sentence for first 2d 0.33 and so on dui's- ultimate to flow in your self, save your funds, comparable result!

you need to check into this check out the docket for that day there should have been a court reporter there
