Well I ate escargot in France, but they were quite good
I drank an Embroyo, (but that is just a drink that mixes baileys with 7 up and wodka)
I once drank straight tabasco a glass, which was pretty disgusting,
but I would have to say that the absolute winner was a cookie that had gone bad, I didn't finish it. Yugh
BTW, in Holland I few kids were expelled lately, because they had paid a classmate to eat dog feces, and filmed it than put it online
I would have to say that is the absolute worst.

I used to chew my toenails.... But I think the most disgusting thing I ever put in my mouth was when I took a big drink of water from a water bottle that had been in the cabinet (for apparently a VERY long time) and I just filled it up and drank from it and got a whole mouth full of water and earwigs!! I threw up after that!!!

When I was a kid I had this nasty habit of drinking the little half & half creamers at restaurants. Well, one day I opened it and nothing came out when I went to pour it. I thought it might be slightly frozen or something, so I squeezed the container. A huge curd of spoiled half & half tumbled into my mouth and broke up into a billion disgusting pieces. Needless to say, I don't drink half & half any more...

When I was a teenager, several decades ago, my brother tricked me into eating cat food, the moist kind. He had put it in a sandwich and acted like it was the best thing he had ever tasted and of course he hadn't really eaten it, but I took a taste and after a few minutes he said, "gotcha, it's cat food!" I promptly spit it out. Ewwww!

Sock fuzz (yes the kind that ends up between your toes). As I sat on the floor watching TV, I was eating sunflower seeds from a pile on the TV guide. The pile of seeds spilled onto the carpet and I just kept eating them. One was not-so-good tasting. It had no flavor and it was soft and spongy. I spit it out and it was: a sock nugget from someone's feet. (I think that it was from my dad's feet).

The absolutely most nasty thing I have ever had in my mouth was sea urchin sushi. Many folks call it a delicacy, but I found it quite horrid.
