There are so many advertised it's hard to know which one to pick. What was your experience with it? I was thinking of doing the slim in 6. Are there any you definitely don't recommend?

The Firm workout is the best. Step aerobics from Reebox is a good one as well. Denise Austin has some great ones too. Mo.

Walk Away the Pounds. It is a 2 DVD set for $30 and you can walk 1, 2 or 3 miles. It is great because the 1 mile is only 20 minutes long and you can really feel it the first time you use it because it incorporates squats, kicks and movements. Plus, you can decide if you want to workout for 20 mins (1 mile), 30 mins (2 mile) or 45 mins (3 mile).

Callanetics. I did this video 2-3 times per week for a month and lost a whole dress size without dieting or doing any other type of exercise. Look it up on amazon.com and read the reviews...you will be convinced! It's really amazing how it shapes your body.

I absolutely recommend WalK Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone, I have lost 56 lbs. just by doing her exercise routines and watching my carb intake. She can be annoying sometimes, so to remedy that I turn down the volume and listen to my MP3. I cannot stand Denise Austin and her weird voice, so I don't use any of her DVD's.

anything that your willing to do. Personally I like slider they are disk that you step on and there is no jarring on your joints I also like ball videos. I break a sweat and I have not joint pain. When I was in high school I like stepping but any more there is more joint pain then was it worth for me that also the reason why I don't jog or run either. So when weather permits I ride a bike with son in toe. i would see if you can rent it or barorrow from a friend it before buying it.

Billy Blanks Boot Camp Elite. It comes with calisthenics bands. Also get a Boot Camp cardio dvd. I used to be an aerobics teacher and these workouts are really intense.
