Depending on what kind of atmosphere you want to set, if its for a group a pizza parlor is always fun. That is where my husband and I went for prom in 2003.

the cheesecake factory is good. Ditkas, Maggianos, Harry Carray's, Ed debevics haha. It really just depends on your party's budget.
