What I'm saying here is my theory. That I believe we are already dead and we're just watching ourselves as if we are watching a movie in a theater but we get to actually feel it also. How did I come up with this theory? To put it simply, death is 100% fact right? So since time doesn't really exist other then what we perceive so anything and everything 100% has already happened. I know this sounds confusing and creepy but I will be writing a book someday explaining this in more details. I hope you will remember this question then. Anyway do you believe me or are u in denial?

Thank you every single one of you for answering even if you don't believe me. Some of you guys are hilarious calling me crazy or take my pills, LOL! Here's another insight, time doesn't exist when you are unconcious right? So only as a human being can perceive time so time doesn't exist outside of our mind. Where there is no time everything all happened at once. Which means death the 100% certain thing has happened already. This is another concept. Like I said I will organize someday to write a book about it. It is a fact and not a science fiction. :)

Even if what you are saying is true and if i was already dead then i wouldn't care if this was all an illusion as I'm having a great time.

Other than that what did you smoke to come up with a theory like that, your logic doesn't make any sense, the only accurate thing you said was that death is certain. How can time not exist, things age, if time did not exist this wouldn't happen, the faster you go the slower time passes, astronauts who travel at 17500mph will come home and find all the clocks on the shuttle are behind the ones on earth as time for them has been traveling slower than it has for the rest of us.

Even if time did not exist, how can these two "facts" mean that everything has already happened and that we are therefore all already dead and looking back at our lives like a film?

Its not a case of denial, its just a scientifically flawed theory

There is no way to answer this question. In order to perceive yourself dead, you have to be an observer or someone that does not do anything to interfere in your life but just watch you. Since you yourself are in fact interfering in your own life, you cannot be the server, and neither can anyone else. It is like asking "Do you believe that this whole world is an illusion and that we are in fact being controlled by machines (a la Matrix)?" We would never now unless there is an outside force or observer that would change all that. And as of yet, there has not been any.

We redie every millisecond and are being reborn every millisecond. This thing that most call a reality is just a dream, because it's all created my the mind, and ego. Then at the time of death, we discover more of reality, if we can be mindful with going beyond the great intense suffering that we endure at the time of death.

The heart sutra that the Buddha gave at vulture peak mountain describes this. Most of the congregation that heard this, died of heart attacks because they discovered that this was true, and it was to much for them at that time.

So, whatever you will be writing, it's been taught and written, and has a practice to go along with it. Buddhism is only for those that are ready for such understandings.

May confusion dawn as wisdom.

I can't deny that it is a good theory. I guess I don't understand if we are dead and watching ourself as a movie WHY do we feel it then because were all ready dead right? Also if were already dead where do we go when we die again does the process just start all over? Isn't that just reincarnation. When you write your little book make sure you explain that and I'll be willing to buy!

Your perception of reality scares and intrigues me..
So when watch yourself die in theory you will no longer exist after that point because there will be nothing left to watch..
Write your book.. If the price is reasonable I would buy it..

This is actually the idea of Christian Science which, in reality, has absolutely nothing to do with Christianity. Kind of funny isn't it? Anyway, it's nothing I believe personally.

actually your alive, your sitting in a white padded room, huddled in a corner, people feel sorry for you cause you cant come to terms with reality, infact in your mind you have created your own little world. we are nothing more then figmants of your imagination. someday they will devise a drug that will yank you out of here and put u back in the real world.

Leo de Grump has a HUGE point there!!!... Bills seem so realistic... that,... It makes me think twice on your question...

It might be possible,... who knows... maybe it is and all of a sudden you came up with such theory ....

You should add more to it... explain a bit more...

I believe I am alive and that I will die someday. But you make a good theory. Interested in hearing more about your theory.
