Why do I feel lightheaded & woozy if I don't eat like every 2 hours just about? Then if I eat a piece of fruit, and drink a glass of water, I'm starving an hour later like I never ate anything at all?

are you taking vitamins? vitamins make you feel hungry all the time. do you eat enough food during mealtime or are you like eating only a little? what are your activities? is it heavy?like you walk all the time or your work requires you move your body? your metabolism can be faster that's why you get hungry every hour.

Could be your blood sugar. It might dip if you don't keep it high enough.

Eating small meals every two hours is actually the healthiest thing you can do. It keeps your metabolism and blood sugar up. You could be starving too because fruit and water aren't the most filling things in the world. Try a banana with a little peanut butter, or almonds and water (much more filling than it sounds!) or oatmeal packets instead. You should feel fuller.

Because you're probably eating the wrong foods. If you eat a lot of bread, fruit or other carbs, your blood sugar spikes and crashes-- within 2 hours. Instead of fruit, try eating protein (nuts for example) and cut down any simplex carbs.

The "crash" actually has a medical word for it--hypoglycemia. It is a state of low blood sugar, not actually a disease. When your blood sugar drops too low (after eating a high sugar, high carb meal) or stays too low (after eating nothing at all) many symptoms can occur.

If you don't want to be hungry so often then you should eat more whole wheat and things and protein. If you have a meal with lots of protein and good carbs(vegetables, whole grains) then you should be full for a while.
Hope this helps!
P.S. don't trust just if the package says whole grain check the ingredient list and if the first ingrdient is whole grain or whole wheat or something like that then its good.

you may have low sugars! by rights, you should be talking to your doctor an not here, we are all guessing here an that could be very dangerous for you, just because that might be my symptoms with my problem it may not be yours, remember ever one is different, please talk to your own doctor, just to be safe rather than sorry, take care, good luck to you!!
