By the most advanced I mean the most powerfull. It could be fighter jets, bombers, fastest or whatever.

Navy has the most but Air Force has the most advanced ones. For example Air Force is completely changing their current F-16 models to F/A-22 Raptors. The Raptor is considered the world's deadliest and most advanced stealth fighter.
