You have 2 options
1st) you capture your footage on your computer using the proper software and then export that footage like for example quick time movie .After this you can burn a DVD with your DVD burner on the computer.
2nd) you have a DVD recorder , connect the output of the camera with the input on the DVD recorder push play and record simultaneously and that's it.

Sure. You'll probably have to use the composite (AV) cables unless both Camera and DVD burner support either S-Video or FireWire.
