Of course, just like any other cat. A high percentage of male calicos are sterile and will not produce offspring and the percentage of male calicos is as low as 1% of calico births.
The female calico will not necessarily produce calico kittens though. It is just a recessive gene on the X chromosome and the color of the kittens will be influenced by the color of the male she mates with and how the genes "sort" when the egg is formed.

Absolutely. The thing with calico cats is with the MALE. The gene for calico is female, and so if you have a male calico he will likely be sterile. But, if you do have a male calico, it's a one in a million cat.

Yes. Males can't get females pregnant as they are sterile.
If you find a male Calico cat with all the colours of the female, it is bcause he may be cross-gendered which would mean that he is sterile....

Yes they can.They say that all calicos are female.The calicos that I have had and have seen were female.

all female cats can have kittens, the question should be why let her have kittens when the shelters are overrun with them. Get her spayed.
