this guy knew how much i loved him but he kept usibg me for sex..why,is it my fault?he lost respect cos ive been chasing him?how do i restore that

The truth is, guys like it when women play hard to get. They see it as more of a challenge to win her over. The "nice girls" are too easy to deal with.

The only way to restore his respect for you if at all possible is to be upfront with him. Let him know how you have let the love you had for him make you do some things you were ashamed of and that you are no longer willing to continue. Then mean this by your actions, in other words, you must show respect for yourself or you will be right back where you started from. Do not call him or chase him in anyway at all. If he ever calls you, do not be always so willing and available. In fact I would discourage seeing him until he really would show a genuine interest in you. And that would mean no sex involved. See if he would ever be willing just to spend time with you without it always involving sex. I do hope I had helped you. Good luck to you!

Well in all honesty, he sounds young and immature. Don't chase him. Don't call him, ignore his calls every once and a while and never return his calls. Wait until he calls you back. Immature guys don't appreciate anything that comes too easy, and if you chase him he'll only start chasing someone else. Maybe he doesn't like aggressive women.
Ignore him, a little, become a little less available, and stop chasing him. If he really likes you the tables will turn. If not then move on. No one wants to be used.

some men and woman do like to be chased,and be shown affection, and they still respect them ,but alot of men get frightened away by woman that do that because they think they are desperate ,and some are,but some woman like myself ware there feelings on there sleeve,and secure woman that are just honest show how they feel.people like myself get burned by men because they don't respect them for that,and some men do,so the answer is sometimes,depends if hes looking for a honest woman or a fake.

This is an age old question. You will know soon where you want this situation to go. If you are tired of being used, break it off and see what happens. sweetie the past is the past. Put it behind u and keep living your life. Next time you just know that you cant be so nice. Never chase a guy even if u THINK you love him, if he feel the same then you will not have to chase him. He is going to want to be with you

That depends on the guy, some who are timid or shy would like the girl to make the first move. Some want to be chased by the girl while others perfer to do the chasing.

guys don't like it when you chase them. If you want to restore that stop chasing him, let him have his space. but once a person looses respect for another person its kind of hard to get it back, you have to really work at it, good luck.

Well i know alot fo guys who are all about the sex then i know a really amazing guy who can never get enough affection and loves to be appreciated. Its not your fault. Its just him. hes a loser and doesnt appreciate you sorry to say i know i dont know you or him but you sound like you can do much better. Lots of guys would love to be showered in affection. :)

well, if you feel like he is just using you.. then you better stop what you are doing with him and make it hard for him to get anything from you. Stop chasing him if you want to get your respect back.

it is not all your fault...nothing ever is i do not think...but let him go and act like you do not care...and maybe he will see he misses you..if not i doubt you really lost anything...men are such creeps and hard to understand...but i am sure they say the same things about women...and no two people are alike...i am a caring person and do not use my men i date but i know a woman that just wants to use her boyfriend for money and what he can get her...but material things does not make real love and a good relationship...but gee i can not understand men these days to much anyway...
