Australia's Bureau of Meteorology is the only organisation allowed by law to issue weather warnings for Australia. Their web site is http://www.bom.gov.au
Warnings, forecasts and observations for Queensland will be found here:
http://www.bom.gov.au/weather/qld/
Other websites will carry Australian warnings but they are all issued by the Bureau of Meteorology so you might as well go straight to the source.
