Help!! I am trying to copy a bunch of slides-with-animation from one Powerpoint presentation to Another Powerpoint Presentation. The problem is - I can copy the slides easily - - but the Animation Never Carries Over. The Animation falls out and the copied slide never "works". Sometimes, the copied "animation slide's" words move around into different places on the slide, too. What is the correct way to copy slides-with-animation. Can someone help me with this? I have searched all over the web and haven't found a single answer RE the animation part of these Powerpoint slides.

I don't have powerpoint on this computer, but I think there's an 'import slide' function on the File menu. That brings the whole slide including it's animation functions instead of just copy/pasting the words.

Why don't you "save as" the file w/ the animation slides, name it something different, and edit that file to create your second presentation instead of trying to copy and paste them.
