It would definitely be a best-seller!
I might suggest wrapping it in bacon and serve it with a large side of mayonnaise to accompany the "Heartstopper."

That sounds absolutely disgusting! The last thing America needs is for the fat to keep getting fatter. Sure it may work but only with those who are so overweight already from the fast food we already have here. Then there are the ethical dilemmas that come into play. Most fast food is highly addictive and those who get hooked on this heart attack ala cart will surely have a shorter life expectancy. How about a healthy fast food joint? I'd eat there every day.

Yeah! I would totally eat that! It could come with refried-fries, and a 1/2 gallon shake with extra MSG.

You could call the restaurant "Cardio-Burger"

The put it on a stick idea ...also a plus! who needs untensils anymore right? we can then use the same sticks to scratch or wipe ourfelves when we cant reach. Say if you can fry it and sell it the sky is the limit, no imagery here . Yuk! I need a salad.

Sounds like cardiac arrest on a plate. Given that, no doubt our ever-more obese population would go for it.
