The two things are the same. Then there's G-Spot orgasm, which can sometimes result in female ejaculation, but that's a whole different ballgame.
Generally, when girls orgasm their bodies tense up and they may even have a random spaz or twitch. Their backs arch (if there's nothing in the way) and in most cases, they moan. They'll also appear to be incredibly tired afterwards.

I've noticed that some girls like to use guys as options and backups. Date one guy but keep a couple on standby in case something goes wrong. It's a sign of insecurity, they are scared to be alone so they play mind games and gamble with other peoples feelings. You were an option for her, don't feel bad bro I've been one several times myself. Just get a good girl who will do you right and stick with her.
