I just asked a question about slowing down the speed for dictation on a disk that I am transcribing. The answer I received did not work, so hoping for another answer.

Are you transcribing from a CD in your D: drive, or from a recorder.

It would seem to me this is not a Windows problem but one that should be addressed with the recorder or the program's configuration.

what are you using. are you wanting to slow the spin rate of the disc? or the audio, if so what program you using to listen to the audio

u can download adobe premier ...........it is a software for editing audio n video...........hope it works
