There have been 3,352 coalition deaths -- 3,098 Americans, two Australians, 131 Britons, 13 Bulgarians, six Danes, two Dutch, two Estonians, one Fijian, one Hungarian, 32 Italians, one Kazakh, three Latvian, 18 Poles, two Romanians, five Salvadoran, four Slovaks, 11 Spaniards, two Thai and 18 Ukrainians -- in the war in Iraq as of February 5, 2007, according to a CNN count.

Thats a hard number to get. You can get the numbers for US military casualties fairly easily, but as for total casualties, thats a harder number to get as it often times relies on personal accounts and other such second hand information. The official number is a litle over 3000 american troops killed.

Some sources have reported that as many as 100,000 civilians have died in Iraq as a result of the war.

i hear Bush wants payback for 9/11 so we will have a few more years yet but look on the bright side at least oil prices wont go up ..............and we can forget about all those innocent people and watch the superbowl safe in our beds whil Iraq is made into hell on earth ...its nice to know when the americans decide to do something they do it properly
