I have 2 kids and 2 more staying with me. Before I got the other 2 kids I bought a new truck and now I am about to lose it. I can not keep up the payment. Is there anyway I can have the truck payed off in full and still get another one before they REPO... Thanks

I dont have the money to pay for it. They are going ot come and get it next week. But what I am asking is can I still get another truck throught fincancing whne they repo the one I have?

Talk to the people who you are making payments to to see what elbow room they can give you, as your payments must have changed and you are in this situation. Otherwise you are gonna have to go to a bank and get a loan to make the payment(plus penalty) for the truck to stop the repo order.

If you pay the truck off then why would they still repo it. If the value of the truck you have is greater than the new one, just trade it in for a new one, but you better make it quick. Your interest rate is going to be sky high due to the late payments on your current truck. Good luck!

Can you pay off the truck before they repo it? Sure you can.. if you HAVE the money, that is.

If you don't have the money for the monthly installments and you can not refinance the vehicle due to financial difficulties there is nothing "legal" you can do to avoid it.
