if your body is dehydrated will it take fluid from alcohol (light drinks like alcopops, not spirits)? even though alcohol dehydrates even more, it still contains fluid and i wonder if the body would keep it to restore it?

no it wont.
You will need huge amounts of alcohol to equal one liter of water and even though your body metabolism will not asimilate the water contained in the alcohol drinks in the same way that with standard water.

The body will take whatever what is contained in an alcoholic beverage, but that water will go through your system (hence the dehydration).

Like drinking Ice Tea and Vodka? Alcohol and a mixer(fluid liquid) are like oil and water in the system, the alcohol actually won't let the "liquid" absorb

No. Your body wont keep it because the liquid will be used while the alcohol dehydrates you, hence a hangover. Alcohol will rob your body of nutrients as well as water.
