i got engaged and i thought that my GF would al least show me how happy she was by going out to dinner or cooking at home i got nada and all she is doing is running around making plans and not paying attention to me.

Yep. Not surprised, are you? For women, it's all about the wedding day and the sparkly ring. The groom is just another fashion accessory. It's not about the marriage, it's about how she gets to be a princess for a day. It's just like how a little girl plays "dress-up."

if its attention your looking for wait till the honeymoon.... no seriously is this woman crazy shes only just got engaged and shes plannin the weddin. Maybe shes more pre-occupied with getin married in general and it wouldnt matter if it was you or anyone else for that matter. however she may be very excited about marryin you and is gettin caught up in all things marriage. maybe you should ask her out to dinner and you both can show each other how you appreciate one another without any plannin.

sounds like you have a problem on your hands. Maybe she is so overwhelmed by the engagement and her desire for everything to go so perfectly that she forgot about the most important factor----her fiance. I think u should talk to her and tell her you feel left out. If she loves you, she'll accomodate you. If she doesnt, you have something to think about!
