Is surgery required for a partially torn subscapularis?

It is a very minor tear, a bad strain and a small tear.

No I don't think so. I tore a ,muscle in my leg but it wasn't bad enough 4 sigery. In Ur arm it's going 2 hurt ( like U don't know that ) but if U can put up with it do. ADVOID surgery if at all possible. The scar tissue from surgery grows and causes pain later. Hope this helps or gives U something 2 think about.
