Is there any special way i should ask her? or is there some type of setting we should be in when I ask her this question? Any feedback would be appreciated thanks!

hehe my bf just asked me if i wanted to be his girfriend..
haha the setting was too romantic.. well sorta.. but um..
hehe were both in our mid late 20ish.. :)

Well I am not a male but I will say this anytime I ask a Guy to date me the first thing I do is bring them somewhere I know they will be all excited and then ask them at that time. If it was not cold out I would recommend the Beach or even a Nice Place like California or something . Depending on how much money you have, Do not go spending wild if you do not have the money then you would end up paying all kinds of debts not good. Or you could just ask her and hope that she will say yes. Knowing some Guys I use to date they always cheated on me. I got sick of it so I stopped Dating! I wish I had the courage to date again but I do not good Luck Hope she says yes to you. Good Luck in your future with her.

My bf and I dated for about a month and then he asked me officially- we were in his bedroom, about to watch a movie. I didn't mind the setting, but perhaps you should be somewhere where she is comfortable and will be able to talk with you.
Just say: '"name" I've enjoyed this month of dating, going out with you "etc etc", and I'd like to officially ask you to be my gf, so would you like to be my gf?' - you may edit this of course!
I made my bf wait for my answer (for reasons), gave it to him a week later. So if she makes you wait, don't get too worried, she may just have to 'take it in'.
I've been with my bf for almost 5months, it feels way longer! (",)

there is no particular way you should ask. Just be yourself and let your feelings flow as words coming out of your mouth. Make her feel reallly special first by telling her how beautiful she is and also by explaining what u like about her, then pop the question! GoOd LuCk!!!

I would agree with the others in that you are already "boyfriend and girlfriend." However, if you want to make it "official" then take her out to her favorite place and let her know you want to monogamous. Good Luck!!

Thats so cute but ask her to be your gf when then timing feels right it doesnt need to be a big occasion.

One, don't say "My official girlfriend"; it sounds ridiculous. Go somewhere romantic (soft music; candlelight; etc) and tell her you would like to see her exclusively.

take her to her fave place at sunset (beach, park etc...) if you want get her a gift like a necklace or even a box of chocolates
