I know it's not just a quote from Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr Freeze in the crap batman film as there's a He-Man episode with the same title (that's all i can get from Google). I want to use the line in a promo for television, and although the phrase seems familiar to me, I want to know if it will be to others.

Its a takeoff of the broadway play "The Iceman Cometh" which first played in the 1940s and was made into a big movie in the 1960s. Nowadays its also the name of a bike race.

As mentioned in the other answers it alludes to the Eugene O'Neill play but more immediately is from an article in Time magazine 31 January 1994.
