Neither. I am a grown man and have experienced a lot in my lifetime. I know what I believe and no I don't have any doubt about my beliefs. I am neither delusional nor lying. I don't understand why that is so hard for you to believe.

Most often delusional. I think we need to give them the benefit of the doubt until some behavior makes us conclude they're just evil.

They're not lying... if they have no doubts about what they believe in, that's fine and dandy.
That doesn't make them automatically right, though. I can say that I believe that a purple tire-eating dragon lives in my backyard. I have no doubt about that belief.
