i am doing pilates for 2 months now but have strain in the calf region due to bad circulation and varicose veins..just wanted to find out will it become better with pilates or worse

perhaps you need a more expert pilates teacher or to ask your teacher about this problem. exercise usually helps problems related to circulation. lack of exercise usually does not.

The pilates will not do anything for your circulation. If your veins are bad only surgery or medication can help with that.

If you're in good shape, the exercises shouldn't effect you. But if you encounter difficulty then by all means, you should stop.
