Ask your doctor to help you find a psychologist/psychiatrist for some counselling. You need this help.

you could have a psychiatric disorder like Munchausen syndrome or other factitious disorder. Some people with these type of disorders feel that the only way to get the attention they desire is if they are sick. Because of this they do things to themselves to make them appear to be or actually make themselves sick. I would talk to your medical doctor first and tell him/her the same thing you put in your question. They will probably ask you to elaborate and if they see a need for psychiatric assistance they will refer you to someone in your area. If you already are familar with a mental health agency, you could give them a call instead of your medical doctor. Mental disorders are no different than any other chronic disease like diabetes or dermatitis. All chronic illnesses need ongoing treatment to get you back to health. Please don't hesitate to call a doctor- making yourself seem sick can be dangerous- you could go too far and actually cause serious injury or even death. While you are awaiting your appt.- know that God lovesand cares for you and that He is paying attention to you 24/7.

This confusion could be harmful when you need medical attention and you resist getting help by overcompensating for these feelings.

This sounds like a classic psychological condition so you may seek medical attention for this. Start with your family practice doctor.

First of all you must realize that all medication that you take is filtered through your liver. Taking things you don't need now could damage your liver and give you many problems when you are older. Perhaps it would be better to talk to someone now in therapy and try to get the need to be ill under control. Being healthy is such a blessing.

you need psychological healing.
i think yoga is the best thing.
you need to learn to accurately detemine if your illness requires medical attention. which means you need to be in touch with your body. yoga will help with that.
