Is there a program for Safari that will notify me of emails?

Question

On my PC i have a program called trillian that handles the
20 yahoo email accounts i have. When an email come in
I see a box that lets me know and with one click i can go
to any of my email accounts. Is there anything that works
on Apple's Safari browsers?
