at 425(errors)although the program is still running,if reg mech cannot continue the scan it wont fix the problems,I have had reg mech before without this problem are there better registry cleaners out there Yahoo citizens can you help me?

reg. Mechanic is the best , if it does not fix so nothing else will do . seams like u have some unwanted programs running in ur pc try to uninstall all unwanted programs ,""specially if u have any cracked programs " and try it again if that does not help , follow that , go to start , run , type msconfig , go to general chose diagnostic startup , then restart the computer , try the Reg Mech. then dont forget after that to go back to msconfig and chose normal startup
