I wouldn't be surprised if the Biblical God became fagged out after just 6 days work. A God who could be jealous would be capable of many things besides. I guess he was jealous of the fact that Satan, who would later wrest the world from him wasn't doing any creating! Isn't that tiring?

No, the sabbath was not made for God; it was made for man.
We are to take the example of God, and that one is a good lesson, because as you know, many people won't take one day a week to rest and stop their work - because there is money to be made. When ya rest and take a good break, and if you do it because you want to use the time to study Gods word, thats great - but just to take the rest day is such a good piece of advice because when we go back to the work we do, we will be fresh and in a better state of mind to deal with it. Its just good old fashioned common sense advice.

God did not pick to relax. He did that for us. He set up an celebration for us. He advised us that we had 6 days to artwork. on the seventh day we are meant to relax and worship Him. God develop into only showing us what can be a sturdy agenda for the international. i am going to't say what precisely develop into dealing with His recommendations even as He dd that, i'm no longer Him. yet as for the evolutionist Creationist that is stupid. The Bible says that the international develop into created in six days, no longer million of years. in case you probably did trust that God extremely created the international over all that element then you truly extremely do not get God. the clarification that he created the international develop into so as that He would have fellowship with Him. Why may he pick to tax Himself over tens of millions of years consistently making little ameliorations to all of creation even as He might want to easily say SHAZAM and performance all of it already carried out. That sounds kinda stupid properly. for sure i extremely do comprehend that i'm no longer interior of in the slightest degree God, so i'm not able to even commence to comprehend Him. He might want to of carried out it this kind if it really is what He chosen, i'm no longer putting Him in a field. yet that could no longer the point. the point is that he did not create us through evolution. Plus why may God use a idea that is so finished of holes as Evolution is, and promises it to the international via a guy who develop into very a lot so no longer a Christian? in case you inquire from me that could no longer the God i comprehend. he's a a lot smarter dude than that.

He was being our example on how to live.

Men need to rest now and then and not be workaholics.
Men need to work regularly and not be lazy.

We need a balanced life style.
