I need to lose some weight, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I'm busy with my job 12+ hours a day, and it's an office job....I sit all day. I don't eat a lot of junk and only drink diet soda to help cut down on the sugar. What else can I do? I don't have time or money for gyms or anything like that....

Eliminate the Soda - go for pure water only.
Devise a several mini workouts to do throughout your day i.e. whenever on the phone do butt crunches
While filing tap your toes and heals
Stand up and sit at your desk 10 times in a row every time you have to get up (it works the abs, butt, thighs) Make sure you are keeping your back straight - think shoulder blades reaching for your hips,
Hold your belly button in - while breathing - have it try to reach your spine.
When you have a chance away from your desk - perhaps in the bathroom - bounce and shake. Your feet don't leave the floor, but bend your legs and get your whole body moving for 2-5 minutes. It does wonders for your heart rate, blood circulation and overall mood enhancer. There are also claims this simple exercise will help increase your lymphatic system operation - thus reducing the possibility of getting colds etc...

Good Luck

I have an office job and never thought i could find anything to help me lose weight until my friend recommended me this website. if you want to improve your health generally, lose weight and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details (you must be over 18 and you’ll need a debit or credit card-or someone who can help you) page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing. Try them you won’t be disappointed. I even started to use their skin care range last year and my skin is in such good condition now. Now I dont mind sitting in the office all day because I am in total control of my weight and health, its just so good.

Hi, as a nutritionist I would suggest you get help from a reputable company or organisation so you intake all the right nutrients and vitamins/mineral your body need whilst losing weight. There are some excellent companies out there (and some bad ones). Stay away from the ones off the grocery store shelf. One of the ladies who replied suggested herbalife, they are very good and use all natural ingredients. Ensure you stick to cutting out soda's or any major suagr loaded goods and eat plenty of greens if you can.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! I know it sounds harsh, but you just have prioritize time for yourself. Whether it's your lunch hour or waking up extra early. Try some workout videos that you enjoy that are at least 30 minutes. It's a great respite from busy, stressful days too!! :-) Good luck!

you should try isagenix. isagenix is a great product. it helps you lose weight fast and safely. check it out at --1succes.isagenix.com-- you can buy it at retail price or sign up as an associate and get it a lot cheaper at wholesale price. it works so well that it was even on the news! (the news clip is on the site) ... and most importantly, it offers a 100% money back gaurantee (which you most likely won't need) check it out and contact me at --isagenix.succes@hotmail.com-- .... the reason I tell everyone about this is because i've used it myself, and nothing has ever worked better.

Check e-bay for work out video's. Good job on the cutting out suger...thats harder then trying to find time to work out. :)
