The most important thing is - Do not follow fad diets, especially right now when your body is still developing. It's all about balancing what you eat - your meals should include veggies, fruits, correct serving sizes, etc. Quitting soda would definitely be good for you, because not only does it make you gain, it also does a number on your teeth. As far as working on your stomach, try doing planks, this is where you get on your elbows and the tips of your toes (like when you're doing push-ups) and just hold that position for 10-15 sec. Do about 3 reps of that in the mornings to start with and you'll notice a difference. Running is great also, but just keep in mind that the more you put your body through now, the more wear and tear it might feel in the future, so just with everything that you do and eat, keep the future in mind and make sure you're using the right equipment. Hope that helps!

say bye bye to couch potato (if you are one, i know i am lol) first of all EXERCISE, but don't over do it becuase that can cause the opposite effect. you probably know when enough is enough though. play sports and try to jog for around your neighborhood everyday or run on the mile. That is a great work out and will help you with the mile in school. don't limit your food because then your eat more of it, trust me. try to choose healthier foods, though. as an after school snack, instead of picking the bag of chips, pick the apple. eat lots or fruits and vegetables and protines. also, try to eat a little meal every 3-4 hours. i know with school it's hard, but try your best. that will give you the best affects. whatever you do DON'T stop eating! even little things can help, like try to stand more than sit. standing burns a lot more calories than sitting. also, if you drink soda, slowly stop. if you do you can gain a lot less weight a year. give yourself a goal and keep to that goal. if you don't have a goal, your never reach it and won't know when enough is enough. you can even make dieting fun. like exercise with your friends. also try and look prettier or think better about your self, when you wake up in the morning or go to bed at night compliment yourself. if you feel good about yourself, your have a higher chance too reach your goal. oo by the way i am the same exact way. this year i hit over 100 and i keep gaining and i always wanted to stay under 100. i'm not dieting, though, because i now know i am skinny, even though i feel like i'm starting to gain a lot of weight and i hate. I used to be really skinny from gymnastics in 5th grade, so i feel heavier now, but i no i don't need to loose weight. you can do what i suggest whether your skinny or fat, but DON'T diet diet unless you are told by a doctor because it can be dangerous to your health if your doctor says you are in the ideal weight range and you start to diet. i hope i helped =] and good luck!

you should try isagenix. isagenix is a great product. it helps you lose weight fast and safely. check it out at --1succes.isagenix.com-- you can buy it at retail price or sign up as an associate and get it a lot cheaper at wholesale price. it works so well that it was even on the news! (the news clip is on the site) ... and most importantly, it offers a 100% money back gaurantee (which you most likely won't need) check it out and contact me at --isagenix.succes@hotmail.com-- .... the reason I tell everyone about this is because i've used it myself, and nothing has ever worked better.
