God has got nothing to do with these things. In fact I doubt whether he is even aware that you are a living thing. It is up to us (human beings) to sort out this mess! By the way, where does he reside - I mean God?

Yes you are absolutely correct, God is not in control. If He is then He must be accountable for what is the state of things. He is not in control and it's me, you and everyone is responsible, for we are the one to make the decission don't we? So God is not to be blame.
