you can use it to roast your potatoes in it the nexted time.
or if you have an empty can or bottle pour it in that if in the can let it go cold to go firm ,or in the bottle pour it in when cool enough and place the lid on it,then put in your bin.

Since when you fry chicken, the batter sometimes comes off, you can not really re-use it. Well You can, but everything you cook in after it, will have a chicken flavor to it.
Usully if I cook potatoes in grease or veggie oil, I will re-use that, if it is any kind of meat..I do not. I wait for it to cook then throw it in the trash. NEVER pour down your sink! This can cause it to clog.

have you tried putting a lid on it for the night and cooking bacon in it the next morning you can strain the grease and reuse it to cook a lot of things later on

We wait until ours cools, then put it in a plastic bag from the store, tie it off, and dump in the trash outside.

Let it cool...put it in a can that you no longer want, put the lid on, and throw it in the garbage.
