yes and yes. The pressure you feel is probably the egg latching on the the wall lining. I am 5 weeks along and had that as well. This is my second pregnancy and i felt it more with this one then my first but they say every pregnancy is different.

As for the flying you can always ask your doctor but they usually say if you have a healthy pregnancy you can still fly up to the beginning of your third trimester. Just watch what you eat overseas because you want to make sure that you don't eat stuff with a lot of bacterias or high in mercury.

I remember being cramy that early in my pragnancy (of course then I thought it was my period getting ready to start) and everything was fine. I'm sure it's a natural feeling that many pregnant women have.

As for flying, I used to work for an airline and I took several flights while I was pregnant. The only time that it's NOT okay to fly is if you are having complications or you are in your last month. In those cases it can be dangerous, with the potential for premature labor. If a woman appears to be very far along in her pregnancy, some airlines will not let her fly without a signed and dated note from a doctor. But as early as you are, the flight would pose no danger. Have a good safe trip!

Congratulations and good luck.

Little pressure ok, with flying drink lots of water, and move around a lot to prevent blood clots...good luck!

Yes....it's pressure on your bladder....it happens during the first trimester.

Please get a book to let you know what you can expect for the next 8 months....it'll help answer just about all your questions.
