yes. actually wen ill b a cop i will go back to get my masters in criminal justice bcuz my pd pays 100% tiution and i will get ranks faster n more money

ANYbody can attend college to include the police.

Many agencies now provide for tuition assistance in an effort to provide better trained officers to the public service!

Not only can they attend college, in some places a degree is required in order to apply for the police force. No matter what profession you are interested in, a college degree is helpful if not mandatory. Many employers encourage their staff to attend college by offering tuition reimbursement.

I dont know about being a part time officer but I do know that they dont work 7 days a week. Of course you could go to college.

Of course they do. Most police officers have some college background anyways. Do you think they just grab some high school drop outs or something?

My Dear Friend,we have to send police officers to colleges, but they have to study from LKG because they dont know how to behave with the normal citizen so they are to be sent to school first, they need to learn how to respect the people and the elder citizen of India........they act as if they rulling the country but they do not realize that they too are humans and if they are been hurt they will too have pain....................so better to send them to LKG first later to school and then to college ..............

Yes, why not? He can either take study leave or can attend such night shift which willnot interefere with his day duties with the expressed permissions from his Authority concerened.
