may be he is just testing you. To see how far you are wiiling to take the relationship and how fast you are willing to move. Saying that does not mean he is not going to try ,it just means that he is not going to do it at full speed so if you are not sure of the signals you are sending sort it out before he intreprets it incorrectly.

That sounds like its up to you. If he's stalling then something else may be going on in his life. If you know he has someone else you must wait until he dumps her on his own, BC if he cheats on her with you then you will never trust him not to do the same to you. If he is married then with all do respect find someone else, that's not worth it to do to yourself or his wife.
