I'm doing a project and I need to know what are the properties of a public park bench.

Properties are things like:
- weight,
- color,
- shape,
- size (length, width, height),
- materials used in construction thereof,
(which helps determine) - load bearing capacity.

Those are the common ones.
Then there are lesser properties (of lesser importance, lesser known):
- albedo (sort of like how bright is the paint?)
(electric) capacitance (will you get zapped from static electricity?)
- heat capacity (after you sit on the cold bench, how long does it take to warm up?)
- paint duribility (how long before it has to be painted again?)
- bench material durability

Then there are some transient properties:
- temperature (is it hot or cold to sit on?)
- moisture content (if wood, is the wood warped from being too moist?)
- surface moisture content (is it wet to sit on?)

Those are some I can think of off the top of my head.
There are many others.

Hmm, it depends on how you look at it. A public park bench need to have the property of holding 300 pounds for every 16" for one thing.
