Is this a fact or some made up story. Is it true that social workers witll take children from thier parents because the child is fat?

Well it was literally on the news in the US this morning about how social workers there are starting to do that. I thought it was weird but thats what the news said.

Yes we ship them all off too the USA, where they can be adopted by fat parents, with fat children of their own where they can live a short unproductive but happy life eating mud pie, burgers and twinkies.

I doubt it, but im guessing, that if a childs health rather than weight, was seen to be in danger, (something that was the result of neglect say) that would at the least spark something to happen, like a talk with the parents and a medical check up.

I regret to say that that is completely untrue. Although if the narrator from "Little Britain" had his way all fat people(or "fat pigs" as they are affectionately known) would be strangled at birth.
