Hi XXL,
Another interesting question to stir the emotions of those of faith.
Satan or Lucifer, chose to rebel against God during a state in which he had a full knowledge of and understanding of God and his will.
As such he committed Blasphemy and is not eligible for the redeeming mercy offered of God.

Satan knows that Jesus is the Savior.
At one point Jesus and Satan was equal in the eyes of God.
Satan and Jesus have similar abilities. The difference is Satan wants all the glory and does not wish to play second fiddle to God or Jesus
Satan is a selfish being and Jesus wants all the glory to go to Heavenly father (god)
That is why Jesus was chosen as the Savior of the world not Satan.

No, His own will won't allow it. This is the danger that even many human beings do not understand. Our eternal destiny is dependent upon our character at the end of life as a result of our lifetime choices.
Jesus would gladly save Satan if Satan would gladly be saved.
Unfortunately, Satan's character is fixed by his deliberate choices. His thoughts and feelings against love and righteousness are a permanent part of his being by his own determined will. Not only does he not have power to change but he has no desire to change.

Absolutely not. The Bible says that Jesus is the Creator. He was the one who created Lucifer (Satan), who was the highest in the hierarchy of God's Angels. God has already written his fate. He cast him out of Heaven, along with many of the other Angels because Satan wanted to overthrow God.
Satan has never been human, although he can posess humans. But the point is that God sent his son Jesus to die for the world. Satan is not of this world. He was never born in this world and never died in this world, so he is not one that can be saved by Jesus's sacrifice. God already said that Satan and the Anti-Christ would be cast into the lake of fire for all eternity, so if Satan could be saved, that would mean that God lied, and God doesn't lie.

According to the my understandings from the Divine Principle:
1. Satan, who is not human, cannot choose. Only humans, who were created as the children of God, can choose. The others react while humans respond.
2. However, Satan needs to be saved, or be restored back to the original state. Even though some may judge that Satan hates Jesus Christ, but Jesus, who sees things from God's viewpoint, loves Satan aka Archangel Lucifer just as God does, and both are working to restore him and everyone.
3. To accept Jesus Christ is not just a nod of the head. It has to be substantialized. One needs to fully believe in Jesus Christ teachings and to fulfill them: we are to be perfected, just as our father in heaven is perfect. etc.
Summarized:
Satan needs to be saved/restored.
However, it has never been his choice as he can only react but not respond.
God and Jesus wants him to be saved/restored.
It is us, humans, who are responsible for his salvation, by removing everything from him in us, through the fall of Adam and Eve, who inherited Satan's evil qualities/natures and lineage.

The bible states that angels are a bit different from us.
They are created beings and live in direct communion with God all the time.
As humans, we are cut off from direct communion with God right now, and that is why we are allowed to believe upon God by faith.
Angels need no faith, they can see and communicate with God at all times.
So, when Lucifer rebelled against God, he was not questioning Gods existence, nor his will and his way. Lucifer simply put, felt he was equal to God and strived to put his thrown above God and be the all powerful one to whom God would bow down to.
This is why Satan cannot and would not accept bowing down to anyone or anything. He believes he should be the all powerful entity that all should bow down to.

Satan stood at the side of God in Heaven and argued with God and was cast to the Earth when God had a little hissy fit. That is what the Christian Bible says. If you beleive in that.

Jesus isn't his savior, He is his righteous judge. He has already been judged in the heavenly dimensions outside of time and space. The manifestation in this dimension occurs after the coming millennium.

The name satan is defined as adversary and to accept Christ you could no longer be named satan as in scriptures your name represented the person you are.

No, because satan is a made-up, mythological being who doesn't exist. And jesus never saved anybody from anything, not that there was anything to save them from in the first place.
Mythological beings aren't real -- they can't "choose" anything.
