I just filed my tax's online and i'm getting less than 500 back it said i need to print and sign form 8453-ol and mail it to them but the only thing that came out of the priter that didn't say "DO NOT FILE" was form 1040ez and 104 do i need to signfor 843-ol?

sign back in and continue where yu left off, it should lead you to the 8453 form, but do not mail it in until you get your dcn ( declaration control number) and that you will get when you are accepted by the irs.

you could always download the form from www.irs.gov
if you have your prior year tax return, they usually ask for your prior year AGI; so you dont have to file the 8453
