Does anyone have a honeywell manual thermostat?

I am having problems with mine. i just bought it and theres 4 contacts. im not sure which ones are for heating and which ones are for cooling. i hooked 2 up but it wont shut off now..

Can you see the letters W, R, Y, G near the terminals? These are the standard wire colors.

If you just bought it, there must be instructions with it,, did you try following them? If no instructions, go to the honeywell website and do a search for you model thermostat and get them.
