Nope.

You will always have a special place in your heart for your first, true love. But generally speaking, this will not be the person will more than likely not be your Life partner.

Most of us have already met that person and we've moved on. Just because its your first, does not necessarily mean that they will be your last.

Well I don't but thats because I was with my first love off and on for 5 yrs and in the end he broke things off with me. The good thing is now I am with someone who loves and respects me. I have never been more in love or more happy than I am today. Everyone is different though. If you are with your first love now and you two are happy then I could see you loving only your first. If not then take hope in knowing that there are plenty of fish in the sea and if you want love bad enough then one day you will find it. I know that if I can do it so can you. Good luck!

My first love is my only love. We met in high school and we've been together ever since. We've been married for 18 years.

It might well be so but that does not depend on wether you love the person right now but rather on how long the love lasts, and on how the realtionship develops
