Depends why they are incarcerated, and why you are trying to free them.

Are you claiming that they were falsely imprisoned, or falsely accused, or that there was a problem with the trial that resulted in a false conviction or an unfair sentence? If so, call the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). That is what they specialize in.

Are you wanting to get them out early for good behavior? Or something else? Call a good lawyer and see what they can come up with. Just be very careful that the lawyers you call are reputable. Good luck!

It would not be legal , the person inside prison would have to appeal through their parole board.

dont beleive you can ... tried it once and never got very far, but it wasnt that particular prison
