either bluebook or nada has a website that you can plug in your car and it will spit out a value - also just run to barnes and noble and look in the car section they usually have a nada guide there that you could look in. i think insurance companies usually go with teh trade in value. which depending one what type of focus you have is probably around 4 to 3k
