What would be the price of an winchester model 70 pre. 64' .300 H&H magnum rechambered to a .300 WM. This rifle has shot about 2-3 boxes of shells and has been kept in good condition. Everything is original on this rifle.( except for the fact that it has been rechambered)

This is a crazy year to be asking. Prices on 70's, even the push-feed ones, have been all over the place lately. Two years ago I'd have said maybe $350-450, with the rechambering job being a detractor, but there are people out there now in panic buying mode, so you could get substantially more. I just bought one of the "new" 270 short stubby things with new (MSRP $300) glass for $500, and saw the same in a local sporting goods store sans glass for $800.
